Great news QuickBooks users!
Here at QB Services we are currently expanding in order to meet the expectations of our clientele. We have just hired two new employees to the team and would like you to get to know them.
Bookkeeping: Jed Heubner is a student at Minnesota State University, Mankato majoring in Accounting and will be graduating in spring of 2013. He earned his degree in Marketing with minors in International Business and Business Administration in 2003. In July 2007, Jed along with his wife Brooke traveled to South Africa with the United States Peace Corps and volunteered with the Community HIV/AIDS Outreach Program. During his time in South Africa Jed worked with Hands at Work in Africa, a community development organization focused on helping orphaned and vulnerable children. Jed also ran a Junior Achievement program for orphaned teens to help them learn gain practical business skills. Jed finished his Peace Corps assignment in November 2010 and moved to South Minneapolis. Currently Jed is working as a bookkeeper with QB Services in Excelsior, serving on the board of Hands at Work in Africa (USA), as well as volunteering on the parish finance council at St. Leonard’s church in South Minneapolis.
IT & POS Support:Peter Eastvold will be your guy when it comes to Point of Sales installations, support, and upgrades. He has past experience with databases and QuickBase. He also has years of experience working for internet service providers and a background in network engineering. He is eager to get things done for customers and enjoys all things computer. Peter is a recent transplant from Duluth and is excited about what the Twin Cities area has to offer. He is customer oriented and knows what it takes to go that extra mile and track down issues that are impeding a business system from running smoothly in day-to-day commerce.
