O.K. Here’s my deal with intuit. I am NOT a computer guy! I just found out the internet is on computers. Have been a tradesman all my life and my body went south so got into field service as a dispatcher my company got intuit and I freaked so I called Sabrina at tech support and God bless her!! She took hours with me getting me up and running you have no idea of how computer illiterate I am/was Sabrina kept her composure and got me through it. In six weeks I became the intuit go to guy at our company. Thanx Sabrina.

Field Service Management has made tracking our techs work orders much easier. Easy interrogation between our smartphones and quickbooks. It saves us hours of paperwork. Overall, it has been very easy to use. Reports are handy and can be edited for company use. Only down fall was when we ugraded to iphone tech can not be tracked in live time. I would recommend this app to any company who has techs on the road daily and needs to track there work.

Field Service Management has been a great wat to integrate our work orders with our smartphones and quickbooks. It saves us about 10 steps over the way we had previously been doing it, which involved a lot of duplicate steps to make sure our inventory was current in quickbooks. Overall, it’s been very simple to use on both the website and smartphone sides. The only features we would like to see tweaked would be the report generators. There isn’t a standard report that shows the exact infomration we would like to see and creating your own custom one is more complex than I think is necessary compared to everything else in the software.
