product upgrades, access to training tools, online back-up, data-recovery, and now Preferred Rates on
QuickBooks Payments and exclusive access to our US based team of QuickBooks experts for support.

The overwhelming majority of QuickBooks Enterprise customers chose to renew their Full Service Plan
each year to ensure uninterrupted access to plan benefits, which include unlimited technical support,
the latest product upgrades, access to training tools, online back-up, data-recovery, and now Preferred
Rates on QuickBooks Payments and exclusive access to our US based team of QuickBooks experts for
support.

The Full Service Plan is included in the initial price of QuickBooks Enterprise. It is not required after year
one; however, without the Full Service Plan, customers will not have access to unlimited technical
support, the latest product upgrades, and all of the other benefits of the FSP. Also, if you are using
Advanced Inventory or Advanced Pricing, cancelling the FSP will automatically cancel these
subscriptions, which means you will no longer have access to the functionality or related data with these
subscriptions.

Intuit periodically does change the price of offerings to reflect the value in services provided. Intuit is
constantly improving QuickBooks Enterprise throughout the year, through major releases each year and

and 2) Preferred Rates for QuickBooks Payments, which will launch on 3/19/14.

benefits of the FSP. Also, if you are using Advanced Inventory or Advanced Pricing, cancelling the FSP
will automatically cancel these subscriptions, which means you will no longer have access to the
