Intuit and QuickBooks Point of Sale 2013 users have identified a recurring glitch in the POS program.
Some POS 2013 users are sometimes unable to print correct tags for items in the item list; the tag printed or previewed will be for a different item.
- Closing and reopening POS corrects this problem temporarily for most users.
- Intuit is aware of the problem and working on a solution.
Official Stance from Intuit: “We are working to resolve this issue. We will notify you as soon as we have a solution or update to this topic.”
